Let's Talk Reading - New Library Books

Let's Talk Reading has partnered with the East of England Stronger Practice Hub to provide new mini-libraries and dual language books  for the nursery. Alongside this, each child in the nursery will be provided with a book to take home and keep during the summer term, 2024.

The main library has been restocked with 60 new books and are ready for children to start to take home.

Puppet show for nursery children - January 2024

The children enjoyed a puppet show by the wonderful Miraiker today in The Hive.

This interactive retelling of Goldilocks has linked with our Story Curriculum and is a wonderful way to introduce children to the magic of storytelling.

In between shows, the children  played with the puppets, using the language of storytelling with staff supporting the retelling of traditional stories and making up new ones!
