Welcome to Early Years @ Highfield

Early Years @ Highfield is situated within Highfield Nursery School and Children's Centre. We are a not-for-profit limited company that was established in November 2006.

We are a 24 place setting, open Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 6.00pm, 50 weeks of the year. We provide high quality care and learning to children aged 2 - 5 years. 

The team provides high quality care and education for 24 children aged two years to five years. The room is an attractive purpose-built room with exciting play areas inside and outside and also areas for quieter activities and sleeping.  We offer full and part-time day care over a variety of sessions.

Our main aim is: To provide a happy, caring environment to promote the all-round holistic development of every child.

Our aim was recognised in July 2007, November 2009, November 2014 and again in February 2020 when we received an ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted. We are very proud of this achievement, and it is testament to the passionate and committed team that work here.
